    Our "Local Delivery " is made between 7AM - 10AM.

    If we do not get an answer from knocking on your door we will search for a safe place leave your cake.

    We will charge for redelivery if we are unable to deliver safely.

    < $50 = Unavailable

    < $80 = $20 Delivery Fee

    < $100 = $10 Delivery Fee

    > $100 = Free Local Delivery

  • Responsibility

    If you arrange for delivery through the Zi Sweet , we maintain responsibility for the cake until it has been delivered to the venue location. We request a two hours delivery window for orders, as traffic can be difficult to predict.

  • Alternative

    We recommend using UBER PARCEL if you need to book a last minute courier. You may find the cost to be cheaper if you dont qualify for free local delivery.

Wider Auckland Delivery ( Urgent Couriers)

  • We utilise the reliable services of "Urgent Couriers" for our wider Auckland deliveries. There are multiple 2 hour time slots for this delivery are selectable at the checkout. You will be charged a hefty redelivery fee if our courier is unable to deliver.

  • Urgent couriers will deliver to the majority of auckland, please check your eligibility by continuing through our checkout & entering your address. The courier will leave your order in a safe place if available.

  • This is a point to point 2 hour service, the order will never leave the van meaning it is priced similiarly to a taxi from A to B. The pricing is automatically updated by urgent couriers.

    If you live somewhere which requires a gate code or in an apartment which you need to come downstairs for, please let us know by leaving this in the courier instructions box.

  • Do you deliver nationwide?

    Unfortunately, we do not delivery nationwide, our cakes would melt & delivery would be more than the cost of the cake! Support your local cake maker <3
